Phil brings over 22 years of business management, technology, and online advertising experience to his role as General Manager

Phil is responsible for managing all aspects of the NMG business including strategy, employee management and development, technology, and finance. He has been instrumental in setting a vision for the company that is customer-centric; seeking long-term ROI for both partners and advertising clients.

Prior to Neudesic Media, Phil held Vice President and Director positions in the telecommunications, technology, and interactive media industries. His expertise in business management, operations, project management, consulting, and interactive media have been key to the maturation and growth of the company.

Rick Webster

Rick Webster
Director, Sales and Marketing

Rick brings over 14 years of sales management, marketing, and online advertising experience to his position at Neudesic Media.

Rick is charged with leading online advertising sales and marketing operations for NMG. His duties include managing and developing the online advertising sales team, driving internal and publisher marketing objectives, and building the Neudesic Media brand throughout the online advertising ecosystem.

Prior to Neudesic Media, Rick managed sales and marketing efforts for Bargain Network, a leading direct response marketing company. At Bargain, Rick managed a well-trained sales force, breaking several sales records throughout his tenure and helped grow the business into a multi-million dollar marketing company. Prior to Bargain, Rick worked in management positions for the online divisions of E*Trade, Callwave, Century Direct Marketing and NationPoint.com, a subsidiary division of Merrill Lynch Bank and Trust.

Lance Jackson

Director, Sales and Business Development

Lance has more than 15 years of experience in online and offline advertising, marketing, strategic planning, business development and lead generation. Prior to joining NMG, he has held several senior level advertising and marketing positions with startups and well known online properties like RealtyTrac and Local.com, where he was instrumental in monetizing traffic, generating the highest ROI and creating long-term strategic business partnerships. Earlier in his career, after building out the interactive division for a national print agency, he along with two of his colleagues built and ran a multi-million dollar interactive advertising agency as well that focused on performance based ad models and attracted top tier clients like LendingTree and Ameriquest.

Lance brings a wealth of Online Advertising knowledge, leadership and industry relationships to the NMG team.
